Katherine Hodges lives in Austin and is the artistic director of Ready/Set/Go!, a dance production company that seeks to give visibility to though-provoking new work.  In addition to producing, Katherine choreographs and performs in her own work, and has had the pleasure of dancing for such wonderful local choreographers as Ellen Bartel, Mari Akita and Errin Delperdang. Katherine also creates movement based film pieces, and will be one of the featured artists for the November installment of Dances Made to Order. In the next few months you can find her dancing in Ellen Bartel’s Watch the Gap March 8-9th at UT, collaborating with local musicians to create a site specific work at Fast Forward Austin, and working on her next dance with Maia McCoy and some other amazing local choreographers for Ready/Set/Go’s next full-length production this June.
